Overview

This Privacy Policy is maintained by Techslay to explain how we collect, use, share and protect personal information across our websites, growth platform and client engagements. It describes our own practices as the operator of these services.

  • Applies to techslay.in, the Techslay Growth Platform and services delivered under a client agreement.
  • Written to be read, not skimmed past — each section states what we do and why.
  • Where a signed Data Processing Agreement exists with a client, that agreement governs the data we process on their behalf.

Cookies and Analytics

We use a small set of cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies keep sessions and security working. Analytics and measurement technologies help us understand how the site and platform are used.

  • Essential — authentication, session integrity and load balancing.
  • Preference — remembering interface choices such as saved views.
  • Analytics — aggregated usage measurement to improve the product.
  • You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings or, where offered, our cookie controls.
06

Sharing and Subprocessors

We do not sell personal information. We share it only where it is necessary to run the services described in this policy.

  • Service providers that host infrastructure, deliver email, process payments or provide support tooling, under contract and limited to documented instructions.
  • Advertising and measurement platforms where a client has instructed us to operate campaigns on their accounts.
  • Professional advisers, auditors and insurers where required.
  • Authorities where disclosure is legally required, or to protect the rights and safety of users and our business.
  • Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition or asset transfer, with notice where required.

  • Managed authentication with row-level authorisation rules on stored records.
  • Logging and monitoring of platform activity for anomaly detection.
  • No system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security, and we ask that you use strong, unique credentials.
10

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights over your personal information. We honour verified requests and never charge for them in ordinary cases.

  • Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
